Rooted in Community

Why Wake Forest-Area Families Choose RCI

For over 25 years, Runner’s Camp International has built confidence, character, and community through faith, fun, and fitness. Campers spend a week with trained coaches learning 8 track & field events, closing with a real track meet parents are invited to watch.

Every morning starts with an age-appropriate, Gospel-based devotional before the athletics begin — physical and spiritual fitness, side by side.

What to Expect Each Day

Each morning campers report to their assigned age-and-gender group for a short devotional, then move into instruction across 8 track & field events, with games and team-building mixed in throughout the week.

Expert Coaching

Trained coaches and vetted volunteer staff create a positive, high-energy atmosphere for every runner, beginner to experienced.

Community & Fun

Campers make new friends from Wake Forest, Rolesville, Youngsville, and beyond — team games and group runs all week long.

A Real Track Meet

Each session closes with a Friday track meet where campers compete against others their own age and gender — parents welcome to watch.
